Rethinking Domesticity: Urban Farming as a Response to Urbanization, Food Scarcity, and Inadequate Green Space
ZESTYHILL: Farming as a part of our living environment.
What if urban farming was a norm in our living environment?
ZESTYHILL is a communal residential farming development that has a farming system within reach, providing fresh, locally grown food for the community. With more than 30 types of vegetables grown in Zesty Hill, it’s not only restricted to the inhabitants - the market located at the bottom makes it accessible for the rest of the external community. Having micro architecture and shared resources as the key concept, Zesty Hill hints at a future ideal living environment.
